I bought and moved into my home in May 1984 and until today I never had any treatments for all the pests that also decided to move into my home with me. At the time and until now I was extremely worried about how the chemicals that treat pests would impact my animals. I have always had dogs and cats, and was very worried about them if I were to spray and treat my home for pests. After intolerable ant and spider invasions, I started searching for a pest control company that could address my concerns and provide reasonable price, service, and most importantly honesty. I heard a lot of BS from a lot of other highly evaluated and ranked company reps, and then I called Signature and I met Gustavo. He started by answering all of my questions, and I learned that chemical treatments used have improved significantly over the years. He gave me ample time to explain all of the specific pest issues and how they would be addressed. He also has pets and clearly understood and fully addressed my concerns regarding my dog and cats. Gustavo explained why he first removed spider webs before treatment all around my property was done. I considered him to be very knowledgeable about his profession and highly professional when dealing with customers. I am very happy with the service and look forward to continued service from Signature. I have now been with Signature Pest & Termite Control for many years, and no longer have any problems with ants or spiders or other pests. My animals are healthy and not impacted by the treatments that occur every 2 months. Signature is a honest and reliable company that I am so glad I selected!

Well.....I’ve had a continuous problem with ants in my kitchen. I called Signature Pest control because I used them in the past for the same issue but did not have a regular service with them just one time treatment. I called them again to treat the problem again. This time I decided to go with a regular bi-monthly service. The technician Frankie came out on a Tuesday and sprayed the perimeter of the house and treated inside the kitchen area. That was Tuesday. Here it is the following Saturday and I still have ants in my kitchen! Not as many but I still have them. And this past Thursday was Thanksgiving and yes, I still had ants. I called Wednesday to let them know I still have a lot of ants and they are everywhere. They said that was normal. If needed, just spray windex only to treat the area. That lasted one minute. I’m fed up with these ants. I’m giving it until Monday, almost a week later and calling and have them come back and treat everything again.(A few months later January 2021)I’m happy to report that the ants are finally gone!! I have my regular service every other month still with Frankie my technician, she’s great and am very pleased! 😊

Great company. The thing that impressed me most was their honesty. When we discovered tiny insects in our bathroom that we thought could be termites, we called several pest control companies to get consultations. Some thought they could be carpenter arts which also do damage to wood. Signature Pest control came out for a free inspection and told us they were nothing more than ordinary tiny ants. We're certainly not experts, and they easily could have exploited our ignorance by claiming they were destructive carpenter ants and charging us hundreds of dollars to treat a problem that we didn't really have. Instead, Signature showed honesty and integrity by telling us the truth. And it didn't cost us a penny. Months later, when we discovered a rat problem in our attic, we again consulted with multiple pest control companies. Signature gave us the most comprehensive free inspection AND gave us a lower price quote than the others. We would have gone with them anyways because we were so impressed with their integrity from our previous inspection. They didn't disappoint. They have been professional, punctual, and thorough in taking care of our situation.All in all, we HIGHLY recommend Signature Pest control!

We've dealt with two other companies in the past for termite inspections for refinancing our home. They know that if you have a VA loan, you are at their mercy! You will not get funded if you get a sub-par report. On one occasion we had to have our home tented. Just a year later we were able to get another interest rate drop so we refinanced again. We went with another termite inspector, this time we had to have about 2,000 dollars worth of pesticide put under the house and more repairs. We are here again trying to refinance due to lower interest rates. Well we went with Signature this time.We didn't come out unscathed lol. We had more issues and this time 1500 dollars out of pocket. The difference I feel is the professionalism!!! They didn't try to up sell us, and I'm convinced the issues Signature found were residual issues that the other inept companies didn't address when they were under our house the other times. One of the companies that gave us the run around was Terminix, the other I can't remember the name but was a mom & pop type out of Redlands. Everyone we've dealt with at Signature has been very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am now on their termite plan because for once I have found a company that has an affordable termite prevention plan!

Signature Pest control was amazing! I called them at 5 P.M. last minute and they had an entire crew at my house by 7A.M. the next morning to accommodate my schedule! Sean did an initial inspection and was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what needed to be done to remove the rats and gave me a quote. A very fair price for all the work they did. His crew came back a couple days later to do the work and Sean the salesman actually put on some overalls and climbed up into the attic with his men to make sure the work was done CORRECTLY! AMAZING! HATS OFF TO THIS COMPANY! They put the customer FIRST and made sure everything was done correctly and professionally. Donny was also great with cleaning out the entire attic and changing out the insulation. What a mess, it was full of rat droppings and urine, GROSS! Donny got the job done with no hesitation. Jose also put wire mesh on some vents in the garage to ensure no rats can get back in. A great team effort. Thank you Signature for giving me piece of mind that I will no longer have rats! Great job!

This is such an amazing company! We called them to help us rid our attic and walls of rodents (we could hear them scuttling around at all hours of the day and night – ugh!). The level of customer service we have received from the first moment of contact has been outstanding, from both the office staff and the technicians. After thoroughly inspecting the house, attic, and garage to locate any and all entry points, Edwin gave me a few tips on how we could reduce access to the rodents. He then gave me a very reasonable quote, explaining what their service would entail. He was extremely professional and courteous. There was no question about who we were going to hire to get the job done! Edwin and another technician came back a few days later to seal the entry points, once again doing an incredibly thorough job. It's been two weeks so far, and we haven't heard a peep from those pesky rodents! Such a relief! I highly recommend calling Signature Pest Control if you have problems with pests of any kind.
